The Product Manager, Mobile Apps is key member of a passionate and talented team working in the mobile apps space for both Android and iOS. Working in a dedicated agile stream the role is focussed on defining, building and delivering world-class products

:More specifically

Work on an exciting product roadmap focussed on enhancing the customer experience and introducing a more personalised and valuable app experience

Play a key role in a high-profile consumer product portfolio across the Mobile platform solving real customer problems

Develop action plans and deliver enhancements, UI changes or product development initiatives to manage the product portfolio throughout the product life cycle

Deliver rationale for new initiatives and product features, inclusive of strategic fit and customer value

Deliver key metrics / outcomes and drive product evolution through development and enhancements

Actively manage and engage stakeholders to ensure; all relevant strategic or customer problems are evaluated and prioritised and; stakeholders understand the direction and the outcomes the apps are driving towards

Who are we looking for

To be successful in this role, the following skills and experience are necessary

Demonstrated high level experience working as a creative/UI/UX designer

Demonstrated experience creating documents and UX artefacts including prototypes, wireframes, customer journey flow charts, behavioural specifications, storyboards, personas and other visual aids

Demonstrated deep understanding of digital and user centred design principles and practices

Proven track record of improving online user experience through the development of accessible and creative digital and responsive mobile solutions

Online or software product development experience, ideally in an online marketplace, where the consumer is the end user

Obsessive about customers with a strong capacity to understand market and strategic drivers to set clear goals and define problems

Proven ability to solve complex and detailed problems using an analytical and data driven approach

Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle

Experience in a fast-paced, startup like environment

Have an online portfolio of prior work demonstrating experience creating user centred design solutions

Experience working effectively with cross functional teams including product development

Successful delivery of end-to-end UX projects from idea creation to production

Strong design, documentation and prototyping skills using tools Sketch, Photoshop, Framer

Experience in design of financial,rideshare services product

Related educational background human factors/communicative design, psychology, Graphic Design
