شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in leading Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate Agile ceremonies, improve processes, mentor team members, and provide expert guidance on Agile principles and practices. You will be a key driver of continuous improvement, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with the team to implement changes that enhance productivity and product quality.
Obstacle Removal: Proactively identify and address impediments that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a learning environment and helping the team grow in their Agile journey.
Servant Leadership: Embrace servant leadership principles, empowering the team to self-organize and encouraging a positive work culture.
Metrics and Reporting: Track Agile metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and visibility into project progress.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating regular retrospectives and supporting the team in implementing action items.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and facilitate constructive communication among team members and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication between the team and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project updates, milestones, and potential risks.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role, demonstrating a successful track record of leading high-performing teams.
Agile Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with a keen understanding of how to apply them in various contexts.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve their goals while promoting collaboration and innovation.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt Agile practices to suit the unique needs and challenges of the team and organization.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the technology and tools used by the development team, enabling effective collaboration and support.
Collaborative Team Player: A collaborative mindset, capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common objectives.

Nice-to-Have Qualities:

BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or any related field
Proficient with Jira
Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSM)
Agile-related certifications (e.g SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP)
