شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description

The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn technical knowledge of various Engineering & Product roles and a solid understanding of market/competitive trends.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of the HR team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent at follow-up and completion of work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, Google apps(like docs, sheets, and slides ), and ATS.

Nice-to-have qualities

  • 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github).
