Key Responsibilities:

Execute and Optimize Campaigns: Lead and refine marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, and ad networks.
Develop Compelling Content: Create and tailor content for diverse channels to engage our target audience effectively.
Measure and Analyze Metrics: Implement and track key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
Build Reporting Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards to monitor and report on critical KPIs related to digital marketing success.
Enhance Conversion Rates: Provide actionable insights and implement strategies to improve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Advance Digital Projects: Manage and drive digital marketing projects both internally and externally to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency with Tools: Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Knowledge of Channels: Experience with PPC (including internal ad networks and Google Ads), Social Media (LinkedIn & Telegram) and retention strategies.
Email Marketing: Proven ability to design and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
Marketing Automation: Familiarity with basic marketing automation principles and practices.
Social Media Marketing: Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and tactics (linkedin & telegram)
Key Metrics: Strong grasp of key marketing metrics and their impact on campaign success.
