Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers and networking equipment.
Provide support for storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Help manage and support virtualization environments, ensuring optimal performance.
Support ticketing systems such as Jira and ManageEngine ServiceDesk by handling basic service requests and incidents.
Assist in maintaining IT service management best practices and compliance standards.
Perform routine tasks under supervision to ensure the availability and performance of these services.
Monitor infrastructure systems and resources
Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and processes.
Requirements:
Certifications (a plus):
Network+
LPIC-1
MCSA
Experience:
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components
Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
Some exposure to Microsoft services such as AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.
Skills:
Fundamental knowledge of computer science and network technologies.
Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities.
