شرح موقعیت شغلی

Your tasks:

You work with a high degree of personal responsibility and self-organization in one or more agile software development teams
You remove the obstacles to efficiently achieving the sprint goals
You support the teams and the organization in the application of agile practices and tools
They live and represent the agile values in the organization
You organize and moderate Scrum meetings (e.g. regular meetings such as planning, reviews and retrospectives)
They act as moderators in conflict situations and in the process of finding solutions
You identify, minimize and communicate the risks

Your profile:

You have several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
You bring relevant professional experience in agile software development methods (Design Thinking, Story Mapping, TDD, ATDD) and processes (Scrum, Kanban)
You are enthusiastic about the development of innovative software products.
You are familiar with the structured analysis, management and documentation of agile projects
You are able to handle conflicts and improvise, have organizational skills and a high degree of independence
Strong communication skills and good knowledge of English
