Minimum Qualifications

Proficient in English language and in depth knowledge about types of writings, usage of keywords and appropriate grammatical structures according to reader’s abilities (from basic English to advanced).
+1 year of experience in related jobs including content writing, translation, SEO optimization, etc.
Experience in search engine optimization including writing relevant descriptions, titles, handling metadata, keywords and other related criteria.
Experience in relevant research and writing technical content on social media like LinkedIn.
Capable of creating narrations and stories depending on the circumstances.
Proficient in reading and analyzing documentations and articles, and enhancing them.

Preferred qualifications

+1 year of experience in related jobs including content writing, translation, SEO optimization, etc.
Successful cases of writing content for organizations along with proof of their effectiveness.
Elementary to intermediate proficiency in Arabic.
Capable of automating parts of the workflow using automation tools like Zapier.
Soft skills to guide other team members to write better content and analyzing the demand of readers and customers for different types of content.
Experience in SEO metrics other than natural language material, like loading time, TTFB, etc.

PropertyGPT is a data-driven startup offering real estate solutions based in Dubai, UAE. Our team works on providing services to real estate brokers and home buyers, empowering them to make informed decisions. Due to reaching our final stages in development, we need more online presence in related social media like LinkedIn, along with better SEO for presence on top results of search engines like Google. Hence, we are planning to grow our presence by getting help from qualified individuals.

As a pivotal member of our team, your main task will involve the establishment and ongoing management of our company’s LinkedIn presence. This will require not only the daily curation and posting of relevant and engaging content but also the strategic development of professional connections that align with our business goals. Your role will be critical in enhancing our brand’s visibility and engagement on the platform, necessitating a creative, active, and persistent approach to digital networking and content management."

You will also need to work on optimizing our online presence by aligning our metadata and other relevant documents with the latest search engine metrics. We need our team members to be versatile, display teamwork qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the their domains, as we continue to push our product forward.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility will be to establish and actively manage the company's LinkedIn profile, ensuring daily posting of engaging content and fostering valuable connections.
Participate in, or lead sudden need for content, including critical coverage of news and informative articles.
Review the SEO metrics of the website and work on improving them to best match the latest search engine metrics.
Participate in meetings, share your work with stakeholders and partners, and exemplary soft skills.

Pay and Benefits

At PropertyGPT, base pay is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between 150 and 180 million IRR per month, which will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience.
PropertyGPT employees also have the opportunity to convert their salaries from IRR to USD upon reaching profitability and successful monetization of the project.
You will also have the opportunity to work alongside our advisors, all of whom of distinguished individuals with respected roles in academic establishments in US and Canada.
