شرح موقعیت شغلی

Hafhashtad is currently on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Product Manager to become an
integral part of our expanding team. As a Product Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in steering the
development of our digital product, leveraging your passion and expertise to drive innovation and user
satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UX researchers, product
designers, developers, and stakeholders, you will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and
ensuring its alignment with user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligning with the company's vision and goals.
Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and prioritize the product roadmap.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among product designers, developers, and
other stakeholders.
Define and document product features, specifications, and requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and user satisfaction.
Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and guide future enhancements.
Embrace an agile product development approach, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure efficient and iterative product development.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in product management
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Accountability and ownership
Communication and team working
Experience in collaboration with product designers and user researchers
Knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, Clarity, and Google Analytics is a plus
Experience in the Tourism industry is an advantage
