HAF-HASHTAD is searching for a brilliant, flexible "Golang Team Lead" to create novel apps that
meet the needs of our target audience. You play a critical role in working with cross-functional
teams for developing new products.
Several interdisciplinary skills are necessary for any successful Team Leader. These include, but
are by no means limited to:

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of developers and report to the CTO.
Day-to-day activities in an agile framework, manage deliverables, Product road-map, etc.
Releasing the Apps on the Play store and other android markets.
Leading the team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in software development
Strong understanding of common Goroutine and channel patterns.
Experience with gRPC and Protobuf.
Knowledge of Queues such as NATS or Kafka.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in production
environments.
Ability to mentor and guide developers.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows best practices and coding
standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
Participate in agile development process and provide input on the product roadmap and
technical decisions.
