شرح موقعیت شغلی

Hafhashtad is seeking a passionate and experienced UX Researcher to join our growing team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform the development of our digital product. You will work closely with product designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze user data, identify usability issues, and recommend solutions to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research studies to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Develop and implement user research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and ethnographic research.
Analyze user research data to identify pain points, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations that will improve the user experience.
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research findings into the product development process.
Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise presentations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience conducting user research studies.
Proven ability to design and implement user research methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for user-centered design.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with UX research tools such as Clarity, Maze, and Optimal Workshop.
Familiarity with Super-application products and services.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
