شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with strong knowledge of AI technologies and hands-on experience with Claude-3. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI-powered tools that solve complex challenges and enable new capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose AI solutions, and bring them to life through Claude-3 and other relevant AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI tools and solutions using Claude-3, with a focus on real-world applications and scalability.
Research and experiment with various AI techniques to optimize and innovate within the Claude-3 framework.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to align AI tool development with business objectives.
Conduct thorough testing, evaluation, and refinement of AI models to ensure high performance, reliability, and accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements, trends, and technologies to continuously enhance our AI capabilities.
Provide technical insights and support in AI strategy discussions to guide project direction and potential.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI development, particularly with large language models, such as Claude-3, OpenAI, or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python) and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience deploying and integrating AI models into production environments.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and other advanced techniques for customizing large language models.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data engineering and working with large datasets for model training.
Knowledge of AI ethics, model interpretability, and responsible AI practices.
Previous work with generative AI applications, such as chatbots, content creation tools, or automation solutions.
