We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with deep domain knowledge of Agile frameworks to join our innovative team. In this dual-role, you will not only facilitate and coach Scrum teams but also act as a subject-matter expert to help guide the organization’s Agile practices, ensuring they align with industry best practices. You will work closely with teams to solve complex Agile challenges, implement best practices for project management, and continuously improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master:

Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and tools to improve efficiency and delivery.
Remove impediments to the team’s progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for execution
Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
Monitor sprint progress and performance metrics, ensuring teams deliver high-quality outputs.
Leverage project management best practices to help teams manage their work effectively.

As a Domain Expert in Agile Frameworks:

Provide in-depth expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles. Guiding the teams in overcoming challenges specific to Agile practices.
Design and deliver Agile training and workshops for teams and leadership.
Act as a thought leader, staying up-to-date on Agile trends and innovations to enhance organizational practices.
Develop resources, best practices, and frameworks to standardize Agile implementation across teams.
Collaborate with leadership to scale Agile practices and foster alignment with business objectives.
Provide expertise in applying project management best practices, ensuring teams are well-equipped to navigate complex projects and streamline workflows.

Requirements

3+ years as a Scrum Master, with proven expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile frameworks, their practical applications, and adaptation to diverse team dynamics and Familiarity with software development process
Strong ability to facilitate productive discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive team accountability.
Strong knowledge in using project and task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira)
Experience coaching teams and leadership in Agile principles, fostering a collaborative environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey Agile concepts and strategies effectively.
Knowledge of metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time analysis.
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
PSM, CSM, additional certifications (e.g., SAFe, ICP-ACC) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience implementing Agile practices in both small teams and scaled environments.
Background in software development or product management is advantageous.

در سال‌های بسیار دور، در همین ملک مهداد، فردی تمام آن‌چه را که می‌دانست، با عشق و علاقه، به‌دیگری آموزش داد، بعدها همین اندیشه و راه ادامه پیدا کرد و مانند نهالی در گذر زمان رشد کرد؛ سادگی، اساسی‌ترین اصل مهداد است. حرکت بر خلاف جریان آب، وقتی با صداقت و درستی همراه باشد، سبب پیدایش مسیری جدید می‌شود و گویی محدودیت‌های مرسوم، دیگر تاثیری در این راه نخواهند داشت.
