Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Expert , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic, engage customers, and boost brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and enhance our online presence across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve search engine rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Create and curate engaging content, monitor performance, and grow our social media presence.
Content Marketing: Lead content creation efforts, including blogs, articles, infographics, videos, and other multimedia content. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with our brand voice.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences. Analyze performance metrics and optimize for higher engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other analytics platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers online, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and consistent brand messaging.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Continuously experiment and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
