شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibility: 

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to address workforce requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, initial interviews, and skills evaluations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate decision-making with hiring managers.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's employer brand.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on talent acquisition performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Advanced sourcing skills
