As a Growth Marketing leader, you will work with the Head of Marketing to define how we acquire new users for a fast-growing SaaS startup product specializing in omnichannel marketing automation.
Our product-led and user-centric growth strategy requires you to understand our product and its users in-depth to drive results through growth hacking marketing strategies. You embrace the growth mindset and refuse to settle for good enough. You will demonstrate results with constantly improved CAC and CLV figures.
Responsibilities
Constantly carry out market/competitive research and optimize the growth plan.
Ideate and lead cross-channel marketing strategy, including website, email, paid, influencers, social, and content.
Consistently achieve and exceed defined conversion objectives
Ideate and execute product launch and release campaigns.
Ideate and perform A/B testing and segmentation plans across all marketing channels.
Work with the sales team to refine customer journey with nurturing/retention strategies.
Manage and interpret engagement and growth metrics across all channels.
Generate quarterly and yearly ROI reports.
Work closely with leadership, product, sales, development, and support teams.
Qualifications
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
At least 4 years of B2B/B2C marketing experience for a SaaS within the SME market
In-depth knowledge of MarTech and SaaS space
Proven record of making consistent volumes of leads and conversions
In-depth grasp of growth hacking methodology
Expert understanding of inbound marketing
Practical understanding of partnership models and affiliate marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Knowledge of copywriting and creative writing concepts
Deep knowledge of SEO concepts, Google Search Console and SEO tools
Analytical problem solver, comfortable with analytics, attribution and financial data
Ability to effectively and energetically present to customers, peers, and leadership
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
A creative thinker, aggressive analyzer, and deft communicator
A motivated team player with a sense of ownership of the product
