شرح موقعیت شغلی

Growmatik is seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a remote member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and scaling our systems, ensuring seamless functionality, and contributing to the growth of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain robust backend solutions.
Utilize your expertise in PHP and Laravel to architect and build efficient and scalable APIs.
Manage and optimize databases, including MySQL and Postgres, to ensure data integrity and performance.
Work with AWS services to deploy, monitor, and manage applications effectively.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of horizontal and vertical scalability concepts, applying them when designing and improving systems.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in PHP programming and hands-on experience with Laravel framework.
Strong grasp of database management, and SQL queries, including MySQL and Postgres.
Familiarity with AWS services for application deployment and management.
Solid understanding of horizontal and vertical scalability principles.
Problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote team environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Minimum of B2 English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar remote role.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Security-conscious mindset when designing and implementing solutions.
