شرح موقعیت شغلی

Artbees is seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Customer Support Specialist with average coding abilities to oversee our customer support portal and assist our customers in setting up their websites using our WordPress themes and plugins. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of popular WordPress plugins and be well-versed in WordPress themes, APIs, Elementor, and related tools. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional support to our customers and leveraging your coding expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Monitor and manage communication across various platforms, including Facebook Community, Email, and Support Portal.
Assist customers in resolving issues that may arise due to conflicts with third-party plugins or server compatibility.
Proficient in creating Custom CSS snippets to fulfill small customization requests.
Maintain regular communication with developers to address bug-related issues and stay updated on product updates.
Monitor and maintain documentation articles in our public knowledgebase

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and/or related fields (e.g., WordPress Developer).
Advanced proficiency in WordPress.
Extensive experience working with the Elementor page builder, WooCommerce.
Excellent command of written English (minimum B1 level).
Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
Patient and determined when assisting less technical users with their challenges.
Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle varying workloads and influxes.
Capable of working both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
