Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain process for each customer order, from order receipt to final delivery. This role involves assigning unique case numbers to each order, tracking and coordinating the various stages of the supply chain process, monitoring timelines, and reporting on delays and success rates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing and Case Assignment:

- Receive and process incoming customer orders for specialized tires.

- Assign a unique case number to each order for easy tracking and identification.

- Maintain accurate records of assigned case numbers and associated customer information.

2. Supply Chain Coordination:

- Coordinate with international suppliers to initiate the procurement process for each order.

- Liaise with shipping partners to arrange overseas transportation of goods to the local port.

- Oversee and manage the customs clearance process, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

- Collaborate with the logistics team to arrange timely delivery of goods to customers.

3. Project Tracking and Monitoring:

- Develop and implement a robust project management system to track the progress of each case.

- Monitor and update the status of each case at every stage of the supply chain process.

- Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, regarding case updates and potential delays.

4. Performance Reporting and Analysis:

- Collect and analyze data related to case timelines, success rates, and any delays or issues encountered.

- Generate comprehensive reports detailing the performance of the supply chain process for each case.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Present reports and findings to management and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and refine the supply chain processes to identify opportunities for optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline operations.

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies that could impact the supply chain process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in supply chain management, project management, and logistics operations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, MS-Dynamics).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Familiarity with local and international trade regulations and customs procedures is a required.
