Our engineering team seeks a Senior AI Engineer to help design and deploy advanced AI solutions to power our next-generation products and services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize AI models across various architectures, including traditional machine learning and advanced neural networks.
Using Python and leading AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, build efficient, scalable, and reusable architectures for AI solutions.
Collaborate closely with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI models into production systems and enhance user experiences.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and accuracy, ensuring robust, production-ready AI solutions.
Design tools for monitoring and maintaining model performance over time, adjusting algorithms and parameters as needed.
Continuously research and adopt cutting-edge techniques and best practices in AI to keep solutions competitive.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes, ensuring knowledge transfer across teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, with hands-on experience developing and deploying models in production.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
In-depth knowledge and experience with large language models (LLMs), including model training, fine-tuning, and deployment for various applications.
Strong expertise in developing and optimizing predictive financial models, with an understanding of key financial metrics and data sources.
Proficient with deploying AI models in scalable, cloud-based environments.
Proficient in data analysis and preprocessing, including data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis.
Proven experience in building and optimizing machine learning models for specific use cases, with a strong understanding of performance trade-offs.
Experience with model deployment tools and techniques, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex, large-scale AI projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a quick ability to learn new techniques and technologies.
Familiarity with reinforcement learning, computer vision, or NLP techniques is a plus.
