1. About GoalEarn
GoalEarn is a private platform focused on task-based mentoring. It helps individuals prepare for professional entry into the job market by designing personalized career paths, guiding them through real-world projects, providing expert mentor supervision, and offering private online sessions.

2. Job Description
We are looking for a Paid Social Media Advertising Mentor who, alongside their main professional role, is passionate about dedicating part of their time to guiding motivated individuals.
In this collaboration:

The focus is on task-based and project-oriented mentoring.
There is no traditional teaching or step-by-step instruction.
The interaction involves defining tasks, reviewing outputs, providing professional feedback, and holding short private sessions.

3. Skills & Requirements
3.1 General Requirements

3 to 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Experience in remote work and collaboration with international companies or projects
Ability to provide structured and professional feedback
English proficiency (at least IELTS Band 6 or equivalent for certain programs)
Commitment to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines

3.2 Technical Skills

Familiarity with advertising platforms; proficiency with major platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and the ability to design and execute campaigns on these platforms.
Advertising data analysis; ability to collect and analyze data from various ad platforms, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize to achieve advertising goals.
A/B testing and campaign optimization; experience designing and running A/B tests to compare ads and improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Advertising budget management; skill in allocating budgets across campaign components, monitoring spend, and adjusting targeted strategies to increase ROI.
Designing multichannel advertising strategies; ability to design campaigns that use multiple platforms and to coordinate messaging for greater impact.
Building analytical dashboards; skill in using tools such as Data Studio to create clear, visual dashboards for reporting and analyzing campaign trends.
Documentation and reporting; ability to document all advertising processes, provide comprehensive reports to management teams, and analyze campaign results.
Project management and team collaboration; ability to manage advertising projects and use online collaboration tools such as Trello and Asana for coordination and task division.
Interview and portfolio preparation; ability to prepare resumes, online portfolios, and documentation of advertising campaigns for job interviews.

4. Payment Model & Schedule

Compensation is provided per private task.
The payment amount for each task will be determined and agreed upon by the program manager, based on:
- The level and nature of the task
- The number of required sessions
- The quality of interaction and feedback provided by the mentor
- Adherence to GoalEarn’s mentoring standards and guidelines
The number of mentees and assigned tasks will be defined by the program manager according to the program’s needs.
A minimum of two online sessions per week is required per mentee.

5. Onboarding Process

Submit your resume and complete the initial assessment form.
Resume review and scoring based on GoalEarn’s mentoring criteria.
Complete the “Becoming a Mentor” challenge on the GoalEarn platform.
Begin a trial collaboration period.
Continue the partnership upon successful performance evaluation and adherence to mentoring guidelines.

6. Technical Requirements & Work Environment

A stable high-speed internet connection
A webcam with good video quality
A headset or microphone with clear audio
A quiet and professional workspace
