Role Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the team. You will interact closely with candidates, sources, recruiters, and interviewers at all levels across the company to ensure a seamless interview process and excellent candidate experience.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Support the interview scheduling logistics of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business and providing exquisite candidate experience
Coordinate all elements of candidate interview logistics including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing video conferencing
Develop and provide an interview agenda in a professional manner to all parties
Maintain a clear hiring workflow by updating candidate status in applicant tracking
Builds and maintains strong relationships with candidates, the talent engagement teams and hiring managers
Provides administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including process improvement projects and other ad-hoc duties
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in coordination, calendar management or other administrative capacity in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication
Experience applying Microsoft Office and Google products, specifically scheduling meetings
Proven phone etiquette and professionalism
Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
Proven problem-solving, decision-making, organizational and time-management skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
Skill in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results
Positive attitude and the ability and will to learn, grow, and have fun working with a dynamic team of committed mentees and mentors.
Requirements:
Availability: Ability to commit at least 40 hours per week.
Basic Equipment: Must have a reliable laptop, internet connection, and headset.
