شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an analytical and execution-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support Gerami’s digital acquisition, performance marketing, and funnel optimization initiatives.
This role will work closely with Data, SEO, Social, KOL/Affiliate, and other relevant teams to turn growth opportunities into measurable, testable, and scalable digital initiatives.
Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and other paid digital campaigns
Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CAC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Payback
Support funnel optimization across Acquisition, Activation, and Retention
Design and execute Growth and Performance experiments
Support Remarketing, CRM, and user win-back campaigns
Analyze and optimize landing pages, audiences, offers, and messaging
Monitor campaign tracking and measurement quality
Collaborate with the Data team to build performance reports and dashboards
Identify growth opportunities across Search, Paid Media, Retargeting, and other digital channels
Work with SEO, Social, and KOL/Affiliate teams on integrated campaigns
Document test results and recommend optimization or scaling opportunities
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for user acquisition and activation
Requirements

1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid digital campaigns
Good understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, Payback, and conversion funnels
Experience with Google Analytics and campaign measurement tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
Familiarity with Landing Page Optimization and CRO
Good understanding of Remarketing, CRM, and Retention
Analytical, experiment-driven, and problem-solving mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively with Data, SEO, Social, and Content teams
Nice to Have

Experience in Finance, Fintech, E-commerce, or digital platforms
Experience with Growth, Activation, or Retention campaigns
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools
Understanding of SEO and Search Demand
