Growth Marketing Operations Specialist

Full Time (Remote) – UK working hours

Geeks is a UK HQ’d technology company focused on using AI and digital innovation to help organisations transform, grow and operate more effectively. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Growth Marketing Operations Specialist to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing and lead-generation operations. Working closely with the CEO and Commercial Team, you will coordinate marketing activities, manage Hub CRM, oversee AI Lead Hunter / Scope & Quote tools, drive campaigns and funnel growth, coordinate SEO/AEO/GEO activity, manage suppliers, and maintain effective reporting and workflows. The core purpose of this role is to keep our growth engine moving and continually improve how marketing activity generates high-quality leads and commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities include: coordinating marketing plans, campaigns, lead generation and suppliers; turning CEO and Commercial decisions into clear actions and ensuring follow-through; maintaining accurate and commercially useful CRM and funnel data; monitoring and improving AI lead-generation tools and lead quality; using data and AI to improve targeting, segmentation and marketing productivity; coordinating SEO/AEO/GEO and website optimisation; delivering campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and email; coordinating content and sales-enablement materials; maintaining dashboards and performance reporting; managing suppliers, licences and approved marketing spend; and ensuring appropriate data protection, AI oversight and operational controls.

Required qualities & skills:

AI enthusiast and tech-savvy with a strong interest in digital innovation
Proactive, driven, ownership-oriented and impact-focused
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven digital marketing and social media experience
Experience with email marketing and online marketing tools
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
Strong communication and ability to explain ideas clearly and concisely

Success will be measured through: improved CRM and marketing data quality; timely execution of marketing priorities; growth in qualified/high-intent leads; improved MQL-to-SQL conversion and follow-up; stronger AI lead-generation quality and conversion; improved SEO/AEO/GEO visibility and organic lead generation; increased marketing-sourced pipeline; and more effective workflows, automation and cross-team reporting.
