Data Entry Specialist
Part-Time (7-10 million Tomans)


Are you passionate about working to contribute to our data gathering and cleansing? Are you curious to proactively look for ways to improve the accuracy of our data? Are you committed to improve your methods based on constructive feedback?

If so, Geeks has a unique opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist who will be working with the marketing team to ensure that the team has access to valid, dependable and up-to-date data that is constantly being reviewed.

The Client Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate and dependable dataset of potential clients (Including the fields for company industry and type, staff size, professional and personal email addresses, postal addresses, social media accounts, mobile numbers). By collaborating closely with the marketing manager, the specialist will ensure that the dataset of +10,000 contacts is comprehensive and remains up-to-date.

 


Responsibilities

This is a dynamic role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the following:


Validate the accuracy and reliability of the already existing data in the possession of the team by conducting active searches and making necessary amendments if any of the data fields mentioned above are not up-to-date/valid.

Generate lists of potential clients for inclusion in the dataset, ensuring that all the required information is captured.

Add new data fields (aside from what has been mentioned) that may improve the quality of the data

Proactively identify and implement strategies to enhance the quality and integrity of the dataset, including data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment.

It is important to mention that the required tools for gathering the information will be provided by Geeks; however, the employee will be working with their own device.

Experience in data entry or any other relevant positions.

Understanding the fundamentals of B2B marketing and experience working with tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, ZeroBounce, ContactOut can be a plus
