Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative HR Manager to join our team. As the HR manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate human resources activities and staff for our team. You will be in charge of the administration of policies and programs and additionally responsible for the overall company morale.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of HR experience in startups and development team
Should have a positive attitude and go beyond their tasks
Love working with people and be able to handle HR for a remote team which is different from traditional HR
Willing to implement the latest techniques of HR such as gamification, engagement, and recognitions in the team and also have experience in them
Smart and sharp and think out of the box
Understand English as you will be working with a team in Iran but all of our documents are in English and written communication is in English
Should have implemented 360 reviews and KPI in your previous roles

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and train employees
Counsel employee as needed
Coordinate events for various departments
Administer and communicate compensation and health benefits to employees
Organize company resources
Comply with office regulations and employee treatment
In charge of employee safety and welfare
Perform management duties and responsibilities
Development policies, issue citations, and maintain and file documentation
Manage charitable efforts
Facilitate and mediate employee to employee communication
Terminate employees when needed

Job Type

Full Time - Remote

Working Time

Sunday till Thursday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, with an hour break time available
