Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our parcel locker products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for parcel locker and PUDO points solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business goals.
  • Work closely with PM, engineering and design to translate requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
  • Perform quality assurance controls on products.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct post-launch analysis to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a product evangelist, providing training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies related to parcel delivery and logistics.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in product teams, preferably in the technology or logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Data.
  • Knowledge of parcel delivery, last-mile logistics, and e-commerce industry trends is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
