Job Description
We're currently seeking a talented and experienced Front-end Engineer with a deep understanding of React.js and Next.js. The selected individual will lead our efforts in developing scalable, user-friendly interfaces to support our environmental application.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the development of advanced user-facing features using React.js and Next.js.

· Design and build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

· Translate complex designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.

· Optimize components and applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

· Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to improve usability and meet product stakeholder requirements.

· Mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, and promote best practices in front-end development.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate new features and updates that align with industry trends.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Solid proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

· Deep understanding of React.js, Next.js, and their core principles.

· Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

· Experience with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

· Understanding isomorphic React is a strong advantage.

· Prior experience with blockchain technology is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

· Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and sufficient mastery of design patterns.

· Working experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js

· Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience in a software development setting.

با توجه به روند روز افزون مخاطرات محیط‌زیستی مانند کم‌آبی، آلودگی هوا، مصرف بیش از حد انرژی و رد پای کربن بالای شهروندان، نیاز به فرهنگ‌سازی در جامعه بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود. استارتاپ «بازی رشدیافتگان» (Game of Growns)، با تولید یک اپلیکیشن محیط‌زیستی و بهره‌گیری از فناوریِ بازی‌وارسازی (Gamification) در آن، تلاش خواهد کرد با فراهم کردن بستری جذاب و پویا برای فعالیت و رشد شهروندان، ضمن تشویق آنها به کاهش ردپای اکولوژیک، آنها را به شبکه‌ای از سمن‌ها و کسب‌و‌کارهای دوست‌دار محیط‌زیست متصل نماید و از این طریق، به توسعۀ فعالیت‌های داوطلبانۀ محیط‌زیستی و رونق کسب و کارهای سبز نیز کمک نماید.
