شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Gama, we’re looking for a highly skilled, analytical, and hands-on SEO professional to help us strengthen our organic search performance and achieve top Google rankings for our strategic keywords.
Gama currently generates nearly 10 million impressions and 800,000 organic clicks daily. Our goal is to take our SEO performance to the next level and secure Top 1–3 positions for our target keywords.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Google Search Console data and identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Implement Technical SEO improvements, including Schema Markup, XML Sitemaps, Metadata, Indexation, Canonicals, and Redirects.
- Monitor and optimize target keyword rankings, organic CTR, and search visibility.
- Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, and internal linking issues.
- Provide actionable SEO recommendations for product development, website architecture, UX, and content strategy.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Content teams, following up on SEO initiatives through implementation and performance measurement.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong practical expertise in Technical SEO and search performance analysis.
- Ability to implement SEO improvements directly or deliver implementation-ready technical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on potential impact.
- Experience with large-scale, high-traffic websites is a significant advantage.

Work Arrangement:
Fully remote, part-time (approximately 1–2 hours per day), with a strong focus on measurable outcomes rather than hours worked.
