We are looking for a motivated engineer with a strong desire for deep technical growth.

What You’ll Work On


  • Scale & Impact: Directly contribute to developing, maintaining, and scaling an ecosystem of 10+ production microservices across a large-scale multi-zone infrastructure.
  • Performance Engineering: Analyze bottlenecks, optimize request flows, and improve latency, throughput, and system efficiency.
  • Deep Systems Work: Improve service reliability through connection pooling, concurrency, timeout strategies, keep-alive tuning, and efficient request lifecycle management.
  • Database Engineering: Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and ScyllaDB to improve data models, query performance, storage efficiency, and large-scale operational performance.
  • Platform Collaboration: Partner closely with the Infrastructure team to improve observability through metrics, logs, tracing, production troubleshooting and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services using Go and Python.
  • Optimize service-to-service communication (REST/gRPC) and message-driven architectures (NATS/RabbitMQ).
  • Participate in architectural design discussions and code reviews to master high-level engineering standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and proactively contribute to improving system stability.
  • Take ownership of services from implementation to production.

What We’re Looking For


  • Experience: 2–4 years of professional backend development experience.
  • Strong Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of concurrency, asynchronous programming, HTTP/TCP fundamentals, and database design.
  • Engineering Mindset: Curious about distributed systems, backend performance, and continuously improving engineering sklls.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across backend and infrastructure teams to solve complex technical problems.
  • Core Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language, good software engineering practices, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
