Job Description:
- Arrange subcontractors and following related issues.
- Cooperation with all other teams in order to data gathering and prepare accurate reports.
- To gain full awareness of assigned project status, progress, plans and support
- Preparing progress report in both sides of customers and company.
- To assist identification and preparation of needed PM and reporting tools.
- To ensure effective coordination across project streams to handle dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks.
- Request and collect all necessary data to fulfill the activity.
- Ensure distribution of relevant and up-to-date information & data within the technical department.
- Follow-up with related teams for fast recovery of down sites/cells.
- Follow-up for Trouble Ticket solving.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with telecom industry, MTNI process, Smart & AMP tools and CR raising.
- Ability to arrange team on site and perfect in communication with customer.
- Good public relationship.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Project Management/Industrial Engineering or related fields .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English.

شرکت مبتکران شبکه متقارن (فلیپنت) از اردیبهشت سال 1393 فعالیت خود را در زمینه راهاندازی، نصب، بهینهسازی و نگهداری تجهیزات، سایتها، دکلها و شبکههای مخابراتی مربوط به اپراتورهای شبکه موبایلی کشور آغاز کرده است. فعالیت اصلی این شرکت در طول مدت پنج سال عبارت است از: مدیریت پروژه، سایتیابی، مذاکرات توافق نامه اجاره مربوط به سایتهای مخابراتی، مدیریت اجرای سایتهای مخابراتی، نظارت بر عملیات عمرانی مخابراتی از جمله نظارت بر پایه ریزی و نصب دکل و همچنین نصب تجهیزات مخابراتی بر روی دکل، راه اندازی و توسعه زیرساخت از جمله تأمین برق موقت یا دائم، نصب و راهاندازی تجهیزات سایتهای مخابراتی، به روزرسانی سایتها و همچنین افزایش ظرفیت انتقال منطبق با نسلهای -5G-4G- 3G در باندهای مختلف رادیویی، انجام تستهای بهینه سازی رادیویی و انجام کلیه فعالیتهای مربوط به نگهداری سایتها تا زمان تحویل به اپراتور مربوطه.
