We need you to:

Source and recruit candidates using various channels i.e. social media, job postings, etc.
Recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.
Effectively assess applicants and determine the right fit for the job.
Assist in organizing online technical assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
Assist and participate in recruitment activities, including career fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Build our applicant database. Research and identify various sources (i.e. universities and job portals).
Assist to prepare monthly/yearly recruitment analytics and hiring status reports.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create recruitment branding materials.
You must have:
A university degree, or other relevant professional qualifications.
Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written, with interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the industry, to effectively source for ideal candidates.
Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards.
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of working with office software i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
The ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
It’s good to have:
Work experience as a recruiter in the IT industry, or a similar role.
Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
