We need a talented IT Administrator to ensure our network, servers, and security systems are in good health.

We need you to:

   ● Assist in the daily IT requirements of the office.

   ● Plan and implement IT solutions to achieve desired results.

   ● Keep up with the latest developments in IT and maintain knowledge relevant to the 

      requirements of the business.

   ● Plan and implement methods to secure the company’s IT infrastructure, including best practices in IT 

      security.

   ● Review and maintain third-party services used by the company.

   ● Recommend alternatives to redundant or obsolete systems.

   ● Manage and maintain all software, hardware, and associated peripherals including 

      printers, copiers, and phones.

   ● Manage IT assets and maintain an up-to-date asset registry.

   ● Liaise with external suppliers to ensure a very high quality of the product/service.

   ● Prepare and present proposals for the provisioning of IT-related systems and services.

   ● Ensure all employees are provided with the necessary hardware and software required for their jobs.

You must have:

   ● A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or extensive

      experience in networking.

   ● Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written, with interpersonal skills.

   ● Hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer software, hardware, and a variety of 

      internet applications and networks.

   ● Hands-on experience in systems and network security.

   ● Hands-on experience in configuring and managing firewalls/IPS/IDS hardwares from Sophos, FortiGate, 

     Juniper, etc.

   ● Knowledge and experience in setting up and managing high performance fault tolerant VPN networks.

   ● The willingness to learn new skills.

   ● Experience in asset management.

If you have the following, it’s a plus:

   ● Experience supporting a medium to large office in IT operations.

   ● Experience with Apple hardware and software.

   ● Experience with Linux.
