The role As an HR Administrative Executive, you will assist in creating a great relationship between staff and management. You will advocate for the employees’ professional well-being and provide a safe and productive work environment. By applying your expertise in time management and strategic planning, you will help with the smooth functioning of our office and support our HR operations.
Responsibilities ● Manage the day-to-day operations of our office from start to finish. ● Establish a system for managing office expenses and petty cash. ● Verify documents like invoices and receipts; ensure office scans are filed following a methodical system. ● Assist with talent management processes, such as onboarding new hires. ● Plan events and coordinate all tasks related to planning and hosting business trips. ● Create an environment that encourages productive work.
Minimum requirements ● Degree in a relevant field, preferably Business Administration ● Extensive experience with widely used office applications and HR management systems ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ● Exemplary organisational, interpersonal, and administrative skills ● Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and autonomy at work ● Ability to welcome and acknowledge all stakeholders using appropriate etiquette according to company standards ● Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Persian
Preferred experience ● At least 1 year of work experience in Administrative or HR Operations
