About the role
We’re looking for Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team. As an CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Information Technology Department of First Source Arya Solutions. You will coordinate the technical teams with the senior leadership and our international clients to ensure the delivery of requirements and the growth of our high-traffic global network.
Responsibilities
● Oversee technical projects in alignment with our organisational goals.
● Manage our IT infrastructure to maintain scalability, performance, and security.
● Supervise the Front-End, Back-End, Quality Assurance, Quantitative Analysis, and Data Analytics teams to ensure
their high performance and effective cooperation.
● Liaise with senior management, technical teams, overseas clients, and external vendors to understand and
coordinate their efforts and requirements.
● Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update IT processes, training programmes, and skills
advancement.
● Implement IT policy and best practice guides for our company.
● Apply timeframes and follow-up dates for major IT projects to reinforce accountability.
Minimum requirements
● A university degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields
● More than three years of managerial experience in an IT setting
● More than 10 years of work experience in the IT field
● A significant understanding of all the stages of the development lifecycle
● Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in written and oral English
Preferred qualifications and experience
● A Master’s degree in IT management, information technology, or computer science
● MBA with a specialisation in IT management
● Hands-on experience with languages such as Perl, Python, PHP, C/C++, Go, and Ruby
● A deep understanding of security at various levels of data architecture and infrastructure
● A good understanding of software architecture and scalability design principles
● Experience in working for an international company with multicultural people
