About the role
We’re looking for a Mobile App Developer to join our Mobile Development team. As a Mobile App Developer, you will work closely with the Product Development team to identify and develop new applications and features across the iOS and Android platforms. You will use your code-writing skills not only to create powerful applications but also to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and optimise mobile application performance and functionality.

Responsibilities

Write clean codes designed for long-term maintainability to create mobile applications for use across iOS and Android platforms.
Partner with internal teams such as QA, Design, and Product Management to conceptualise exceptional mobile applications that prioritise user experience in its functionality and design.
Analyse data gathered from various teams to understand and improve customer’s interactions with our mobile applications.
Test, improve, and provide support to mobile applications to ensure optimised performance.
Make sure that information security and process maintenance are prioritised in the design considerations of mobile applications.

Minimum requirements

Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Dart, Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, or Javascript
Familiarity with building applications using the Flutter framework or a willingness to learn it
Experience in creating mobile applications for at least one platform
Good grasp of the separate design guidelines and patterns used in the iOS and Android platforms
Familiarity with the performance tools and optimisation techniques in Android or iOS SDKs

Preferred experience

Documented accomplishments or a portfolio of released applications on the App store and the Android market
Expertise in using UI animation tools
Experience in working with finance-related companies
