شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of Products.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in ed-tech, product thinking, gamified learning, and who’s eager to grow into a full PM role.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Support: Assist in planning, documenting, and coordinating features such as gamified learning modules, coding challenges, achievements, and community tools.
User Research: Help gather and synthesize user feedback through surveys, interviews, and app analytics.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and other team members to bring product ideas to life.
Product Documentation: Maintain clear and organized product specs, feature briefs, and user stories.
Quality & Testing: Participate in feature testing, edge case discovery, and quality assurance alongside QA and dev teams.
Analytics & Insights: Support data collection efforts and help analyze usage data to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor apps to help keep our product relevant and engaging.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or related fields
1-3 years of experience in product, tech, education, or startup environments (internships count!)
Familiarity with mobile apps, especially in education or gamification, is a big plus
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel, basic SQL, analytics dashboards)
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Passionate about learning, problem-solving, and user experience
