شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for a curious, structured, and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of digital education at scale.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in ed-tech, product thinking, gamified learning, and who’s eager to grow into a full PM role.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Support: Assist in planning, structuring, and coordinating features across different modules (student app, teacher panel, dashboards, TV app). Ensure clarity in scope, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
User Research: Support user research efforts through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics review. Synthesize findings into structured insights and actionable recommendations.
Execution & Sprint Ownership: Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization sessions. Help structure tickets, clarify acceptance criteria, manage dependencies, and ensure the backlog is always execution-ready.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, QA, data, and operations teams to bring ideas to execution. Help manage communication flow and follow-ups across teams.
Product Documentation: Write and maintain well-structured PRDs, feature briefs, user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. Ensure documentation reduces ambiguity for design and engineering teams.
Quality & Testing: Participate in feature testing, identify edge cases, track blockers, and ensure delivery standards are maintained. Support sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Analytics & Insights: Help define success metrics for features (activation, engagement, retention, completion). Support tracking and analysis of usage data to identify product improvement opportunities.
Market Awareness: Monitor competitor platforms and global ed-tech trends to help keep the product relevant, scalable, and forward-looking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or related fields
1-3 years of experience in product, tech, education, or startup environments (internships count!)
Familiarity with mobile apps or super apps (especially in education) is a strong plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel, basic SQL, analytics dashboards)
Familiarity with product tools (e.g., Jira, Notion/Outline, analytics platforms) is a plus
Ability to break down complex problems into structured components
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Passionate about learning, problem-solving, and user experience
