Notify Project Manager (PM) of upcoming deadlines.
Prepare S-Curves and graphical reports for project progress.
Create and update rescheduling plans and associated S-Curves.
Develop catch-up plans to address any delays in project timelines.
Prepare resource assignment plans, including manpower and machinery histograms.
Create cash flow projections and manage cost controlling and budget estimation.
Prepare claims and document extra works associated with the project.
Design checklists for all operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including pictorial representations.
Archive project management correspondences to maintain a comprehensive database.
Establish a full database for all operations in the main office and factories, including project history.
Implement a Material Tracking Inventory System (MTS) to ensure proper material management.
Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for effective project organization.
Develop Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) to monitor financial performance.
Prepare Work Payment Appraisal (WPA) and invoices as needed.
Establish a Progress Measuring System (PMS) to track project advancement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO and planning of mega projects.
Proficiency in project time scheduling, resource management, and cost control.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6, and other planning software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
