Job Title
Foreign trade assistant

 

Responsibilities

-          Order registration in NTSW and receiving import permissions

-          Providing commercial documents

-          Coordinate with international partners

-          Coordinate with suppliers

-          Administrative correspondence

-          Documentation

-          Presenting commercial and financial reports regularly 

-          Responding to phone calls and emails

Basic Qualifications

-          Bachelor’s degree in business management (or in related fields)

-          Good knowledge of exchanging foreign currencies

-          English (Advance level)

-          Office skills (Only: Word, Excel, and Power point)

-          Marketing and Branding knowledge

-          Team-work 

-          Working overtime in necessary cases

-          Committed 

Preferred Qualifications

-          Accounting (Working with Sepidar)

-          Graphic design (Photoshop)
