Job Details:
Type: Full-time / Remote
Location: Open to applicants from any city in Iran, not just Tehran.
Note: This is a full-time, long-term position. We are only considering candidates looking for a stable and committed role.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist who can manage customer inquiries effectively while also helping improve the support team's performance. In this role, you will handle complex cases, mentor junior team members, and contribute to optimizing customer support processes. This could be a great opportunity if you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, support tickets, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional assistance.
Take ownership of more complex cases, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Mentor and support junior team members, helping them develop their skills and improve their responses.
Identify areas for improvement in customer support workflows and suggest process enhancements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update FAQs and support documentation as needed.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvements.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Ensure support operations align with company standards and response time targets.
Assist in onboarding and training new support team members.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in customer support, including some experience in a leadership or senior role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical and non-technical topics clearly.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to optimize support processes and improve team efficiency.
Extensive knowledge of financial markets, including Cryptocurrency, Forex, and Stock Trading.
Hands-on experience with TradingView or equivalent tools is essential.
Ability to remain patient, professional, and customer-focused when handling complex or sensitive issues.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities.
