Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined Administrative Officer who can effectively operate the Kara attendance system, assist the HR team with administrative and coordination tasks, and manage supplementary insurance operations. Key Responsibilities Kara Attendance Management: Accurately record, track, and generate reports on employee attendance using the Kara system. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, handling administrative correspondence, organizing documents, and maintaining orderly filing systems. HR Coordination: Collaborate with HR staff on recruitment processes, performance evaluations, training programs, and other HR initiatives. Supplementary Insurance Tasks: Manage the paperwork and communication related to supplementary (extended) insurance, including employee enrollment, document handling, and claim follow-ups. Planning & Organization: Help manage the team’s calendar, coordinate inter-departmental meetings, and support continuous improvement of administrative processes. Visitor & Employee Inquiries: Address in-person and phone inquiries from employees or visitors, providing accurate information within assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience with Kara Attendance System or similar time-tracking software. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Human Resources) is preferred. Ability to execute administrative tasks with a high degree of discipline, precision, and speed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an emphasis on conciseness. Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Familiarity with supplementary insurance processes. Basic understanding of HR concepts is advantageous.
