شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a skilled .NET Backend Developer to join our engineering team and help us build and scale high-traffic systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services, working with modern architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable working in a microservices environment and have a solid understanding of software design principles and patterns.

Your main goal will be to build reliable, high-performance services that can handle large-scale traffic while maintaining code quality and system stability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET
• Build and optimize high-performance, high-traffic systems
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and frontend teams
• Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns
• Experience with Microservices Architecture
• Experience working with high-traffic / large-scale systems
• Hands-on experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ preferred)
• Experience with Redis (caching, performance optimization)
• Experience with Elasticsearch (search and indexing concepts)
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Good understanding of Git and collaborative workflows
• Familiarity with RESTful API design
• Ability to write clean and maintainable code

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes or containerized environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with performance tuning and system monitoring
