About Us:
At Farakav, we are committed to innovation and excellence in digital solutions, particularly within the sports industry. We’re seeking a Product Owner with a deep understanding of Scrum methodology and a passion for sports to join our team and lead exciting projects in this field.

Role Overview:
As a Product Owner at Farakav, you will be responsible for defining and managing the vision of our sports-focused products. This position requires a strong understanding of Scrum principles, as you will work within this framework to ensure product alignment with market demands and customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, and act as the key bridge between stakeholders and the development team.

Responsibilities:

Define product vision and strategy with a focus on the sports industry.
Prioritize and manage product backlogs within a Scrum framework, ensuring that all requirements align with customer needs and market trends.
Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and maintain progress within Agile practices.
Conduct market analysis centered on sports to keep products innovative and relevant.
Communicate progress, updates, and product milestones to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in product management.
Strong familiarity with the Scrum framework and commitment to working within this structure.
Excellent patience and attention to detail; able to handle challenges with a calm and thoughtful approach.
Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with development teams and make informed decisions.
Passion for sports and familiarity with the sports industry.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar is a plus.
