شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Manager to drive our Fintech products vision and strategy. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work across various functions to deliver exceptional value to our clients and couriers. 
On a daily basis, you will tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions. 
You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams, driving execution, and playing a crucial role in the product's development and success.
Collaborate with a diverse team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operations leaders to solve complex problems with simple and effective solutions.



Responsibilities:


  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Understand client and courier needs and pain points.
  • Create and manage the product roadmap, setting priorities and timelines.
  • Define product features, functionality, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to translate ideas into product plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather input, build consensus, and drive alignment.
  • Monitor customer feedback and industry developments.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to effectively position the product.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
  • Act as a bridge between various teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Monitor and adjust product performance as needed.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Iterate on the product based on insights from analytics and user research.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life decisions.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the Financial Technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in product management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development technologies and processes.
