شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Product Owner with a solid understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), Web3.0, and blockchain technology. In this role, you will be the key bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals. You will also take the lead in organizing and facilitating daily Scrum sessions to drive continuous delivery and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backlog Ownership: Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog based on stakeholder input, user feedback, and development team insights. Ensure that user stories and tasks are clearly defined and ready for upcoming sprints.
  • Sprint Planning: Work closely with the development team to plan and organize sprints, ensuring that the highest priority items are addressed and that the team is clear on sprint goals and deliverables.
  • Scrum Facilitation: Act as the Scrum Master by leading daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Address any blockers and ensure the team remains focused on sprint goals.
  • User Story Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the team understands the requirements and can deliver high-quality features.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and external partners, to provide updates on sprint progress and to manage expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by facilitating retrospectives and implementing feedback loops that help the team to adapt and improve processes.
  • Release Coordination: Coordinate with the development team to plan and manage releases, ensuring that they align with the overall product roadmap and business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the team delivers high-quality features by defining and enforcing acceptance criteria and working closely with QA to verify that the product meets user needs.
Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, with at least 1 years of experience in DeFi, blockchain, or Web3.0 projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing product backlogs.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and smart contracts to effectively communicate with the development team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and feedback to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address issues that arise during sprints and keep the team focused on delivering value.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Scrum or Agile practices are a plus.
