شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. You will be the key player in troubleshooting complex issues, automating processes, and maintaining our entire DevOps toolchain, which is centralized on Git; and also contributing to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our infrastructure If you are a problem-solver who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys taking ownership of critical systems, don't hesitate to apply.


Responsibilities


  • Support the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, following established best practices.
  • Contribute to managing and securing Kubernetes clusters (namespaces, RBAC, networking, storage, Helm charts).
  • Assist in maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deployment, and infrastructure automation.
  • Help run and monitor GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, ensuring consistency between environments and smooth rollbacks.
  • Maintain and improve containerized environments, including migrating services from Docker Compose to Kubernetes.
  • Participate in implementing observability and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions.
  • Support efforts to enhance infrastructure security, including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to improve reliability — backups, upgrades, blue/green deployments, and autoscaling.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers, ensuring stable operation and consistent configuration.
  • Contribute to infrastructure documentation and runbooks.

Skills and Qualifications


  • +3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related engineering roles.
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes (RBAC, networking, Helm, and deployments).
  • Experience with Docker and container build best practices.
  • Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
  • Experience working with GitLab CI/CD or similar CI/CD platforms.
  • Understanding of GitOps concepts and tools like Argo CD is a plus.
  • Exposure to monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
  • Comfortable administering Linux servers and writing shell scripts.
  • Scripting or automation experience with Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn from senior engineers.
