شرح موقعیت شغلی

Join our team as a DevOps Engineer where you’ll drive key initiatives in our Azure Cloud environment. We are looking for someone who brings strong expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes, robust monitoring using tools like Grafana, and a proven ability to manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between development and IT operations, ensuring seamless communication within our team and effective interactions with international clients.

Seeking a candidate with strong English speaking and listening skills for effective communication.

Key Objectives:

  • Azure Cloud Mastery: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure Azure Cloud infrastructures.
  • Kubernetes Expertise: Utilize Kubernetes for streamlined container orchestration, enhancing application resilience and deployment efficiency.
  • Advanced Monitoring: Implement and maintain monitoring solutions such as Grafana to track system performance and health.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Leverage Terraform to automate and standardize cloud infrastructure deployments.
  • Team & Client Communication: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Automate and refine development and release processes to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Security & Troubleshooting: Maintain robust security practices and quickly diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Deploy updates and patches across Azure environments, ensuring system stability.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support with a focus on swift issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement tools to reduce errors and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Create and optimize scripts and automation solutions using Terraform and other technologies.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors and lead effective troubleshooting sessions.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations on system performance, project status, and improvements.
  • Ensure all system updates and deployments adhere to established best practices.
  • Facilitate clear and proactive communication within the team and with international clients.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
  • In-depth expertise with Azure Cloud services.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes for container management.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, particularly Grafana Cloud.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.
  • Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for effective team and client interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Programming skills Python
  • Experience in large-scale corporate environments with a focus on customer-centric engineering solutions.
