شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibility:
The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for overseeing all user experience and design aspects of the organization. They work with the technical team to develop a cohesive experience throughout our platform to increase user satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is responsible for guiding the entirety of the design process through its completion by presenting them to stakeholders and working along developers to ensure accurate implementation. This candidate helps Think of the US achieve the goal of helping young people be successful by understanding the end-user and making sure their needs are being met.

Qualification:

Collaborate closely with product management, and development team Evolve our design process, tools and systems to ensure we’re creating great, consistent work
Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly
Conduct consumer and client testing and update designs based on test feedback
Ability to create Design System Design and UI Kit
Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Expertise with low-fi and hi-fi prototyping, journey maps, and service design
Fluency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite and Sketch)
Knowledge with design systems (e.g., Google Material Design and Human Interface Guideline)
Previous experience with user-centered design principles and practices, web/mobile standards, typography and color, and web/mobile usability standards.
Knowledge in creating wireframes, visual mockup graphics, and user workflows.
