شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibility:

The role is outward-facing and interacting directly with users of the system. You will monitor and respond to user issues (triage), assign bug requests to developers, gather requirements for current and future development, and write up documentation. Working with Facility staff, biologists, and team members to ensure the software delivered is effective and meets customer needs.
You will be deploying and supporting high-quality software.
Independently solving problems
Reviewing the colleague's work and providing constructive feedback.
You will be an excellent communicator and problem solver with strong API testing and deployment.

Qualification:

Degree level education or equivalent in the computing discipline
Experience of the operational software ecosystem
Working knowledge of Linux systems to a level suitable to assist with diagnosis
Exposure to web server technologies such as Apache Tomcat
Experience of Oracle SQL dialect (or MongoDB)
Very well conversant with CI/CD pipeline
Knowledge of Springboot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Distributed Caching technologies and REST framework
But most importantly, we're looking for someone who has a passion for technology and is ready to develop their career.
REST/SOAP API knowledge is a MUST
Professional certifications in desired skill areas are desirable.

Experience of providing front-line technical support within an enterprise environment
Effective communication with all levels of management & staff
Ability to explain technical issues, effectively, to non-technical users
Actively question and listen to be able to problem-solve
