شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibility

Coordinate with content and media teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Creating new and creative marketing campaign ideas.
Propose new and improved ideas on inbound marketing campaigns.
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.
Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Marketing/MBA/Industrial engineering or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Coaching and subordinate involvement
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Coordinate with content and media teams to create marketing campaign assets.
Experience in optimizing user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Good at problem-solving and communication
Proven analytical skills and data-driven thinking is advantage.
Familiarity with financial planning and marketing strategy is advantage
